This Sales Agreement is a legally binding contract between Ozel Silver ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer").
1.1 – SELLER

1.2 – BUYER
The person who places an order for products on the Ozel Silver website. The address and contact information provided during the checkout process are used as the basis for this agreement.
The subject of this contract is to outline the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website, www.ozelsilver.com.
The product(s), including type, quantity, description, and price, are as specified in the Buyer's shopping cart and order summary at the time of checkout.
4.1 The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the product descriptions, including the sales price, payment methods, shipping costs, and the Seller's contact information, as provided on the www.ozelsilver.com website and in the order summary. By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer confirms this information electronically.
4.2 All products sold are handmade 925 Silver jewelry.
4.3 Payment is accepted via Apple Pay, Debit and Credit Card. By using these payment methods, the Buyer confirms that they are authorized to do so and that the information provided is accurate.
4.4 The product(s) will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer.
4.5 The Seller will notify the Buyer once the item has been shipped and will provide a tracking number.
4.6 The Seller is responsible for delivering the product(s) in good condition and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
4.7 Custom designs are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
4.8 The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount of the order, including the price of the product(s) and any applicable sales tax and shipping fees. If, for any reason, the payment is not successfully processed, the Seller is released from the obligation to deliver the product.
4.9 In the event of an unforeseen circumstance or an act of nature that prevents delivery, the Seller will inform the Buyer. The Buyer may then choose to cancel the order for a full refund or to postpone delivery until the issue is resolved.
5.1 This agreement is subject to the Return Policy available at ozelsilver.com/return-policy. By completing this purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Return Policy.
5.2 The Buyer has a 14-day free return policy from the date of delivery.
5.3 To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with the unique nylon security tag intact. Items returned with a broken, removed, or tampered-with security tag will be rejected.
5.4 The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and is encouraged to use a tracked and insured shipping method.
5.5 The Seller does not include a return slip with the order. All returns must be approved in advance by the Seller by following the instructions in the Return Policy. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.
6.1 Upon delivery, it is the Buyer's responsibility to immediately inspect the package and the item(s) for any signs of damage or defects.
6.2 The Buyer must verify the quality and condition of the item once delivered.
6.3 It is the Buyer's responsibility to retain a copy of the proof of purchase (e.g., email confirmation) for any potential returns or claims.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the United States.
