1. Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

You may return most items purchased from Ozel Silver for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Condition of Returned Items

We will not accept returns for any item that is:

  • Damaged, broken, or shows signs of wear and tear.

  • Missing its original packaging.

  • Missing its unique nylon security tag, or if the tag shows any signs of being tampered with or reattached.

The security tag is a crucial part of our quality control and anti-fraud measures. Returns with a broken or removed tag will be immediately rejected and returned to the sender.

 


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@ozelsilver.com within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs and are strongly encouraged to use a shipping service with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return transit.

 


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

 


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like to swap your item for a different one, you can do so through our return process. Once your return is received and approved, we will provide you with a one-time promo code for the exact value of your original purchase (excluding shipping costs). You can then use this code to place a new order on our website for the item you would like.
